The rules and conditions governing your use of CallerPlugins
By accessing or using CallerPlugins services — including the website at callerplugins.com, the web dashboard at dashboard.callerplugins.com, and the CallerPlugins Viber Dialer browser extension (collectively, the "Service") — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must stop using the Service immediately.
CallerPlugins provides a click-to-call solution for Viber, integrated with Pipedrive CRM. The Service consists of:
CallerPlugins acts as an intermediary to initiate Viber calls. The actual voice call is handled by the Viber application on your device. We do not provide telephony services directly.
To use the Service, you must provide a valid email address. For the browser extension, an email address is required before any functionality is available. For the web dashboard, a password is also required.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account information up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at svstigter+support@gmail.com if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
Accounts are organized into teams. The team owner (manager) has administrative control over the team, including adding or removing members and managing the subscription. Team members inherit the permissions and plan of their team.
When registering with a company email domain, you may be automatically associated with an existing team for that domain. Free email domains (such as Gmail, Hotmail, etc.) always result in a separate individual team.
The Service is available in the following tiers:
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selection).
All prices are listed in euros (EUR) and are inclusive of applicable VAT where required.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the dashboard. Upon cancellation:
If you add a new team member while your subscription is in a cancelled state (but not yet expired), the cancellation may be reversed and your subscription reactivated.
If a payment fails, we will notify you by email. If the payment is not resolved, we reserve the right to downgrade or suspend your account.
Access to paid features may require a license key. License keys are personal and non-transferable unless reassigned by a team manager. We reserve the right to revoke license keys that are misused, shared outside your organization, or obtained fraudulently.

The CallerPlugins Viber Dialer browser extension operates within your browser and interacts with the Pipedrive CRM interface. By installing the extension, you acknowledge that:
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected with Viber (Rakuten) or Pipedrive. All product names are trademarks of their respective owners.
All content, code, design, trademarks, and intellectual property related to the Service are owned by CallerPlugins or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our Service without prior written permission.
Your data remains your property. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service's fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, or availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CallerPlugins, its owners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. You may also request account deletion at any time by contacting us.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification) shall survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through a notice on our website at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be submitted to the competent courts in the Netherlands.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
